Marisol Velasco
Marisol Velasco is a CSUSB Alumni with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Social Service Track and minor in Ethnic Studies with a Chicano Studies emphasis. Her passion has been volunteering with foster youth. Marisol volunteers with Camp Connect in San Diego, a non profit that hosts events to bring together foster siblings from San Diego County. She is an active adult supporter for California Youth Connection San Bernardino where former and current foster youth advocate for their rights. Marisol is a strong believer that every foster youth deserves the right to thrive and can succeed with the right people in their life offering resources and support.
