I worked for the Dept. of Children’s Services for 32 years. I served in many capacitites including social worker, supervisor, manager and Deputy Director. I retired after 10 years as the Director of Children’s Services. I have been a foster parent, an adoptive parent and a grandparent caring for grandchildren in the foster care system.
